Accidentally hit the bridal car, what should I do?
Today, when I went to my boyfriends house, I accidentally hit her car. I was investing in the street when leaving the driveway when I heard a crunch. When I looked closely I saw it was my boyfriends car. It was night and my back is dark tinted mirror and that's the only reason I can think of as a reason that has been lost. I did not do much damage, just bent the left side of the mirror closer to window. Thank God, its side mirrors are not attached to the car with plastic, but the same metal as the car. I do not think it will cost much to fix, but I'm not insurance. I think his mother saw me, but she has not said anything to me or change his attitude towards me and I think it would have said something. I do not know what to do, my boyfriend does not know yet. I do not know what is the threshold heat, but temperatures in cars can get in excess of 110 degrees, so do not keep any electronics in the car. I think a bigger threat is the theft. Do not know about Houston, but in San Francisco, will come to your car if they see a penny in the seat. A-GPS would be a very tempting target to not take that risk.
