I’m an Amateur Film Maker looking for help finding locations in the UK For inexpensive or free if possible?

I’m an Amateur Film Maker looking for help finding locations in the UK (For very inexpensive or free, if at all possible) in the UK. I’m living in California at the moment, and haven’t been back home to the UK since childhood… So I’m looking for UK based help. I’m interested in Sussex, London, Yorshire and any other arias which maight be good for a low budget film maker.

The places I’ll need will be as listed:
1. A school (or place which may look like a school
both interior and exterior locations needed.
2. If possible two, two story houses- with windows facing eachother…
one of both will need to have a roof top to clim out onto from the window .
3. One house interior- very old fashion- to look as though a very eccentric proffessor/
arcologist might live there.
4. An interor to a living room and pre-teen child like bed room (which i may decorate with non-perminent (removable) posters, hand drawn art I have done, ect.
5. one or two places interor and exterior- which might look like an orphanage/run away home or sorts.
6. A tree by a beautiful lake… one we could swim in if possible
7. A lovely open feild with trees and grass in the disdence for a bike riding scene…
8. A mom and pop grossry store and side walk we can shoot on with no problems.

10. I will also be needing props… if any one can help me out, I would be truly greatful as one artist to another. This film means the world to me. I’m hopeing to try and film this year in good weather conditions. Any advice or help would be greatly apreasated. Anyone had problems with a pop up bill from mbs?

My daughter was looking on the internet for info about home entertainment for a school project and when she logged on to a particular site a short porno film appeared . She closed the window but since then whenever we turn the computer on we get a pop up bill from a company called MBS ( and a mbs account icon has appeared on the desk top) which says we owe £39 for a 3 month subscription to a Gold Sex Account and a counter is ticking down saying that the bill is becoming overdue for payment. We havn’t entered any personal details , so this is presumably a file that has been secretly downloaded onto our PC in the hope that we will call in with our credit card details. Does anyone know how to get rid of it and isn’t this illegal anyway?

Whats the method to clean auto windshields? I tried a variety of products and home cleaners.?

I have used invisable glass, armor all, turtle, amonia and water, iso alcohol, and others but istill leave an oily smeary surface. Looks ok in shade, but driving into sun …bad. I’ve wiped with micro,terry cloth,paper towels(lint less) but can’t rid the window of an oily film.I live in Texas, the air is very dirty here just north of Dallas. I’ ve not had this problem in other states, coincidence? anyone know how to fix this problem,it also affects night driving. I have a 2005 Sonata. Bad Korean glass?
